Brighton UCU exists to serve its members' interests, above all to defend jobs and seek to improve terms and conditions.
UCU negotiates with the University's senior leaders on behalf of all academic staff, and provides representation for members facing workplace issues like grievances, disciplinary actions, pay disputes, and discrimination.
If you have questions about UCU support, or require UCU's advice or representation, email UCU@brighton.ac.uk

- Strict limits on number of teaching contact hours per week (18)
- Strict limits on number of teaching weeks per year (34)
